• Account data. Your email address, and a name if you give one. Held by Clerk; we see the identifier and the address.
• The TradingView connection. The access token TradingView issues when you allow access, stored encrypted, and the names of your watchlists. Never your TradingView password.
• Your watchlist's data. For the watchlist you choose: its stocks, their daily prices, company data and earnings dates, and the verdicts calculated from them.
• Your settings. Display choices, your strategy profiles and the roles you give stocks, such as Keep.
• Your trades and accounts. The option and share trades you or your agent record, and the cash and holdings you enter for your brokerage accounts.
• Keys. The keys you create for your own agent, stored only as a fingerprint, and your AI provider key for Wheely, stored encrypted. Broker credentials from an earlier version of SimplyWheel stay stored until you delete the account.
• Technical data. The requests your browser makes, with the usual server log fields, kept briefly by the hosting.

There is no analytics, no advertising identifier and no tracking pixel on SimplyWheel.

To run the service: to authenticate you, to read your watchlist from TradingView, to calculate a verdict for each stock after each close, and to show your trades and positions. Nothing is used to profile you and nothing is sold.

The token lets SimplyWheel read on your behalf: your watchlists, and prices, company data and earnings dates for the stocks on the one you choose. SimplyWheel only calls TradingView's reading tools. It never changes a watchlist, never creates an alert and never sees your password.

Disconnecting in SimplyWheel revokes the token at TradingView and deletes it here. Removing the access in your TradingView account ends the connection whatever we hold.

Only the providers below:

Clerk, Supabase and Vercel work for us under data processing agreements. TradingView and your AI provider are services you sign up for yourself; their own privacy terms apply to what they receive. When you ask Wheely a question, the question and the data on the page it is about go to the provider whose key you added. When you add trades in Wheely, trades typed one per line, like PUT MSFT 400 oct 23 1.04, are read by SimplyWheel itself. A pasted broker confirmation and attached screenshots go to the provider whose key you added. SimplyWheel does not keep the pasted text or the screenshots, only the trades you record. Option prices come from Alpaca; those requests ask about companies, never about you.

Everything is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest in the database, which is hosted in Frankfurt inside the EU. Tokens and keys are additionally encrypted before they are stored. Access is limited to what the service itself needs, and every page with your data requires a signed-in session.

• Everything listed in section 2 is kept while the account exists.
• The TradingView token: until you disconnect, or the account is deleted.
• Delete your account in Settings and SimplyWheel revokes the TradingView token, deletes everything stored under your account at once, and then deletes your sign-in account at Clerk. Deleting the sign-in account at Clerk deletes the same data.
• Server logs are kept briefly by the hosting and then removed.
• Prices and option prices that are not tied to an account are about the market rather than about you, and are kept as a market history.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time under Article 7(3). Write to hello@simplywheel.com and we will answer within one month.

Only the ones the sign-in needs: Clerk sets a session cookie so you stay signed in between pages. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner asking you to.

SimplyWheel is not intended for anybody under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Clerk and Vercel process data in the United States on Standard Contractual Clauses and data processing agreements. TradingView and your AI provider receive data because you connect them. The database itself does not leave the EU.

Updates are published here with a new date at the top, and anything material is announced by email to the address on the account.
